What Is Your
Deployment
Age?

Your calendar says 34. But after years of military service, combat sports, surgeries, and carrying more than your body was built to sustain — your system is probably running at something closer to 44. That gap is the problem this assessment was built to measure.

I Built This
Because I Needed It.

Now Rebuilt. Still going.

16 years as an Army Infantryman. 12 of those as a Sniper. I went from rifleman all the way up to acting Operations Sergeant Major. And when it was over, I was wrecked in ways that took me a long time to fully understand.

Not just physically. Mentally. I was depressed, I felt like I had nothing going for me, and the only thing I knew how to do was train. So I kept training. Hard. Too hard.

I got into powerlifting because I was strong and it did not require cardio. Then I started BJJ and just kept stacking more on top of everything. At my worst I was doing four sessions a day, five days a week — morning lift, morning BJJ, afternoon BJJ, evening BJJ. Then two open mats on Saturday and one on Sunday. My body was screaming at me and I was treating every signal as a weakness to override.

I hit 285 pounds at nearly 30% body fat. I had been decorated, I had led men in combat, I had competed at the national level in Muay Thai — and I was standing in a bathroom mirror not recognizing the person looking back at me.

The rebuild did not come from a better program or a harder training block. It came from finally understanding the actual problem. My system had been running a debt for years and I kept drawing it down instead of paying it back. The Deployment Age assessment is the tool I wish I had at the start of that process. It would have told me clearly what was actually going on, instead of letting me guess while making it worse.

That is what it is here to do for you.

Four Tools.
One Honest Picture.

Worth Reading
Before You Opt In.

This was built for a specific kind of person. If that is not you, there are better places to start.

// This is for you if
  • Years of military service, combat sports, or both have put real wear on your body
  • You train consistently but recovery keeps breaking down in ways you cannot fully explain
  • You feel like you are running at 70% of what you used to be capable of
  • You want programming built around what your system can actually handle right now
  • You are a BJJ or Muay Thai athlete and you have hit a wall that has nothing to do with your technique
  • You have been overriding fatigue for so long it just feels normal
// This is not for you if
  • You are looking for a standard fitness program
  • You want someone to tell you to push harder
  • You are not willing to score yourself honestly
  • You have never trained seriously under sustained load
  • You expect results without addressing the debt first

"Most people who end up here did not get broken from weakness. It was accumulation. Carrying more than the system was built to handle, for longer than it was built to handle it. You cannot program around damage you have not measured."

Jacques Cooper · Founder, RCTA · U.S. Army Infantry · Muay Thai National Champion

Most training programs were written for people who are fresh. Not for someone with a decade of infantry behind them, three surgeries on record, and a training schedule that still has not stopped. The Deployment Age assessment was designed specifically because that gap needed a real tool, not a modified general fitness template.

It is free because the measurement is not the product. Knowing your number is just the beginning.

He did not build this from a position of having it figured out. He built it while climbing out of a hole that years of high output and zero real recovery had dug for him.

The Reconstruction Foundation was the system he needed during the worst stretch and could not find anywhere else. So he built it. Tested it on himself first. Then refined it for every athlete dealing with the same thing from a different direction.

The assessment is free because you need to know where you actually are before anyone can help you get somewhere better.

Know Where
You Actually Are.

Thirty minutes. Four tools. An honest picture of your system. Not where your training calendar says you should be — where your body actually is right now.
